7 work days, subject to your designs ,customized product need more time. But we will response fast to your request.

40-45 days after deposit paid.

4.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
AI,cdr or PDF,etc.

5.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
 
6.What payment methods do you take?
We often do 30% deposit , 70% balance before shipment, that can support TT transfer, Credit card and Paypal Pay.
